Modern St Louis Escape: Game Room & Great Location

House was as advertised. Located near everything. Host was responsive to our texts. We waited for an hour while the housekeepers completed their work. But after that it was smooth ceiling.

Super easy check in and porperty was quick to respond to anything we needed

Our whole family had lots of space in the home, and it was very easy to get to everything we wanted to see in St. Louis - the Arch and downtown, the zoo, arboretum, really great.

Positive: Everything is great! Location, parking, roomy, facilities all wonderful!

Rodents running loudly in the ceiling all night for the entirety of our stay, so we barely slept. On the second night, the ceiling leaked water on a bed on the top floor. Management through VRBO messaging did nothing to have these issues even looked at bc we were told they couldn’t get anyone to come look at the roof over the weekend. Also, the house was not properly cleaned at check in. Pictures provided will show the poor maintenance of the property that likely is the cause of the animal and roof problems as well as some of the cleaning issues. Will never book through VRBO again bc weekend issues can obviously go unresolved. I’ve been told someone will contact me by May 4th to discuss our experience and I’m still waiting. We stayed there a week ago and the spent time at this house and our experience with this management group based in Las Vegas was terrible.
