Luxury Las Vegas Villa: Heated Pool & Game Room

So, mixed feelings about this stay. We had plans at a house for a fantasy football draft event that we use annually, but it was unavailable this year, so we had to pivot last minute to a VRBO option.I want to start with the Pros:The property and its inside appeared nice, and was the only one I could find that allowed group events. The host was nice and communicative. It appeared nice upon arrival too. It had many rooms, almost all with decent beds.Cons:I had to sign a 2nd rental agreement, presented to me days before check in, which outlined expensive fines for breaking rules such as max guests, or noise disturbances, etc.. This was well after my ability to cancel with a refund. I dont recall ever having to do this before, and it made me feel uneasy.The jacuzzi, the reason I chose the place for us, was luke warm the 1st night (my guests complained), and was cold the 2nd night. There was a 10PM use limit, and cameras/security lights outside that triggered after the ordinance. It just felt intrusive to me.There were some ants inside, and everywhere outside including on the BBQ, which we decided not to use. The garage had a horrific odor. I let the host know, but we just didnt open the garage again.We got nickel and dimed for early/late checkouts. 100 for both, but were offered no refund for our amenities not working :(.One bedroom (bunk beds) was not usable for an adult. I had to pay a portion of their cost for them to accept the room.I hope this helps!

Everything was great! Plenty of beds for heads, plenty of activities for adults and kids, and all of the essentials in the kitchen for cooking! The one and only suggestion I would have would be to provide a folder or something outlining any important things we would have needed to know about, such as taking the garbage to the curb on Thursday night. But I did appreciate all of the light switches having labels on them! Overall, a wonderful place to stay!
