Exceptional stay! Beautiful room! Positive: Super cute room! A lot of appliances for cooking and very cute decorations. It was missing an iron and the service team purchased and postmate it to the room within 2 hours. And the customer service are very fast responding and reliable! Negative: The only suggestion is the left side mattress is kinda not supportive so I had to move to the middle.

4/10 Positive: I did like the lay out of the property and the set up was up to date and pretty nice for the price, in my opinion. Negative: Upon arrival, trying to access my room, the code given to me didn’t work on the door pad or key lock box. Mind you, the halls had separate ac units that wasn’t on so I’m sweating bullets. I call the number for help and was given legit 4-5 different codes that didn’t work before the guy said he’d have to call maintenance, that wasn’t available on a Sunday and couldn’t come out. The unit wasn’t clean and there was visible animal hair everywhere

I would not recommend anyone to stay here . The security code did not work and the air conditioning was not working in bedroom. It a bad stay
