Spacious Family Oasis: The Arch |Museum |Downtown

Spacious, clean, safe! Would definitely stay again. Positive: So spacious! There is plenty of room here for anything you could ask for, yard included. It looks like this property has been recently renovated and was in great shape. Beds were comfy. Had no issues with cleanliness overall. Also seems like a really nice area outside of downtown. We didn’t have to be concerned for our safety at all which was nice. The check in was really easy with the keypad out front. Overall really liked staying here and would come back! Negative: The only parking available (to my knowledge) was street parking out front. It was constantly full and we would have to park at the end of the street. Not fun when you have to carry luggage but also not the fault of the property. Just something to note in case you travel with a lot of bags. Only other slight issue was there were no bath rugs and not enough bath linens. For 4 people we would have had to do laundry for a 2 night stay. Didn’t particularly want to do laundry on our trip so we made do with what we had. Also watch out for splinters on the balcony/deck!

Our stay was convenient and comfortable! Positive: This location was perfect for getting around St. Louis. It was in a quiet, clean, safe neighborhood. There was plenty of space for 4 people. There is on street parking, and it was never difficult to get a spot. Negative: The neighbors became loud at about 2:00 am, but this is not something the property manager could have controlled.

Positive: The place was nice, I wasn't there for vacation, but for a funeral. Very nice place, I would like to stay with you again. 😀 Negative: Cable was a little bit iffy.
