5BR Family Home with Games, BBQ Grill & Firepit

We loved our stay except for the cleanliness issues at the beginning and no one can come until the 2rd day. We cooked du Positive: 5 bedrooms with king beds on each room. Parking spaces available in the back if no space available to park on the street. Negative: Cleanliness needs to improve. We arrived at the house with sticky stuff on the floor by the front door. All floors and stairs were dusty including under the sink where the extra toilet paper were placed which made the toilet paper so dusty too. Most of pillowcases have hair, stained spots on some sheets, smells perfume/scent other than laundry detergents, top of comforter cover also dusty or full of lint, urine smell on the bed in ground floor room. All of these seemed like sheets were never washed or changed. We laundry all pillowcases, sheets and cover of duvets ourselves. insect found in one room and small cockroach in the kitchen. House cleaners didn’t came until 3rd day because no one was available. Jeff vacuumed and mop the floors and provided us with washcloths and hand towels.

The house was perfect space wise! Very well equipped. Perfect for a large family with space to gather and eat together. Our grown children said we should book it now for next Christmas!

Excellent experience. Hosts were great, and immediately helped with questions and issues. Positive: Location was excellent. House looked and felt even better in person than on listing. Check-in was easy, and hosts were very communicative and accommodating. Negative: n/a

Vaca home Positive: Home was beautiful. Negative: Grass needed mowed, home was not as clean as it should have been.
