Old Town Scottsdale Home: Pool, Patio, Games

Cute place in a great location. Def recommend if you've got 2 or more guests who need their own space.

Positive: In a good area Negative: There were a few broken items, like broken handle on one of the bedrooms and a lose hinge, which made it hard to close the door. And it never got fixed. Never received the welcome package. One of the lights was not working either. All these things were addressed but never fixed. I expected compensation or at least having the items fixed but nothing. Other than that the place was pretty nice.

This home was perfect for our group of 8. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the table and board games. The patio in the backyard was fun! The pool was a short walk from the house. We hope to return one day!

Communication with host was quick and easy. If you are a family with smaller kids, it will accommodate 10 people. For our group of 10 mature women, we were lucky that we were only 8 people. The bunkbed room would technically fit 4 people, but they will have to climb all over each other. The ladder towards the window and the dresser make maneuvering rather challenging. We never pulled out the sleeper couch. So I can't speak for the inflatable practicality. We couldn't find the necessary bedding for the couch, though. Just putting this out here to avoid future issues for other renters. You can easily sleep 8. If you brought an air mattress, you could place that in the master bedroom.
