I was very happy with this apartment. Ground floor, right next to backdoor. 2.5 blocks from Capital, very nice and safe neighborhood for walking. Easy drive to everywhere I wanted to go and I avoid interstate travel.The apartment was small but perfect for 1 or 2 people. Nice modern full kitchen, large walkin shower and the king-size bed was so comfu. Living room area was perfect for working on my laptop and reading.Highly recommend.

Room was exactly like advertised. No complaints. Any questions were promptly answered. Parking does take some getting used to, however, it is very convenient to back door of property.
