This was an extremely disappointing stay. The property was dirty when we arrived, and the power had been shut off because the owner had not paid the electric bill. To make matters worse, the AC was not working for more than 24 hours, and the issue was not addressed promptly by the owners. When an AC technician finally arrived, the filter was extremely dirty, which raised additional concerns about the overall maintenance of the property.Unfortunately, the issues continued throughout the stay. After we checked out, the owner also withheld our security deposit, claiming the property was left dirty, despite the condition in which we found it upon arrival.Overall, this property appears to be poorly maintained, and our experience was very disappointing. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The layout was perfect and the location was convenient to everything on the south side of town. The beds were big and comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed, all the comforts of home. We were slightly confused when we arrived because it's actually one side of a side-by-side duplex and there was no house number on our unit. There's a separate driveway with ample parking and a private laundry room attached. There were people in the neighboring unit, but we didn't hear them from inside our unit. It's a quiet neighborhood and felt peaceful and very private. The photos are very accurate. From the outside, the building is showing its age. Sure, there are a few chips in the terrazzo floors, a little wear on the coffee table -- the home feels lived in. It's authentic Florida. If you're looking for a pristine, high end resort, this is not it. But it's very clean, welcoming,
